 Brother Anthony Upshire (a.k.a Tony) was born in Chicago, IL, November 16, 1958 to Lucius Upshire  (Deceased) and Margaret Moore Upshire.  Tony was the oldest of four children.  In 1981 he entered into Holy matrimony with

Cathy Mulligan and to that union three children, who were the light of his life, were born.

 

Tony graduated from Fenger High School on the southside of Chicago and later attended Loop Junior College.  He was a wonderful provider for his family working for the U.S. Postal Service and later as an information Technology professional at IBM.

Quintin Sinclair Upshire also known as Quincy was born in Chicago, IL on July 20, 1984 to Mary C. Upshire – “Cathy” and the late Anthony Upshire – “Tony”.  In 2003 he graduated from Alan B. Shepard High School.  Quincy loved The Arts.  When he entered high school he immediately sought out activities that served as an outlet for this love of the stage.  Quincy participated in a number of extra-curricular activities such as Speech, Choir and Show Choir.  He also participated in theatre and played lead roles in such productions as Les Misérables and the Wiz.  He later went on to attend Moraine Valley Community College.  Quincy had an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to be his own boss, so he...
